The video was directed by Robert Hales and filmed in Joshua Tree National Park, planned to coincide exactly with the Great American Eclipse of 2017. The video was shot with specialized lenses modeled after the glasses people all over the country wore to view the eclipse. The creative director was Felipe Posada who executed the visual effects.
