Chicago - America (Music Video)

MusicTelevision.Com presents Chicago and the music video to the song America

The man who is probably the most powerful player in the music business, Irving Azoff, re-tweeted: "Dear Congress, it's not just Chicago sayin' it...". The tweet was originally from the band Chicago who recently released a new song called America. In a time when too few artists and bands are attempting to embarrass politicians who have been fucking up our once great country that has become a arrogant war mongering, currency diluting, drone using, bomb dropping, paranoid, spying police state, it is great too see any attempt whatsoever to embarrass the culprits and encourage American people to actually do something.

Trixie Whitley - Never Enough (Music Video)

Music Television is pleased to present Trixie Whitley and the music video for Never Enough, which is the 2nd track from her 11 song album titled Forth Corner.

Her recordings contain all sorts of interesting electric guitar sounds with an underlying intrinsic etherealness to it that is all her own. Bubbling & brewing at the roots of the songwriting seems to be a soulfulness with a real syncopated funk with minimalist beats.

Whitley is a true original with integrity, not clawing for fame, just keeping it real. She has the kind of songs that grow on you, not always upon first listen. Her songs are like da kine creeper, meaning the more you listen, the more you get it and like it :)

Sheryl Crow - All I Wanna Do + Strong Enough + Easy (Music Videos)

MusicTelevision.Com presents Sheryl Crow and her music videos

It's been just over over two decades since Sheryl Crow's debut solo album, Tuesday Night Music Club, was released. When the third single titled All I Wanna Do came out, it felt so fresh that one could smell a hit. Two other singles were put out first, but did not grab hold the way All I Wanna Do did.

Backed by a very tasty band of real players, she delivered old fashioned story telling of real poetry. One of the co-writers of the song was poet Wyn Cooper whose poem titled "Fun" was adapted into the song. The song was not going to change the world, but the end result had a little bit of magic that still feels good.

Long before Tuesday Night Music Club was released and launched her career as a solo artist, Crow had paid her musical dues. For many years, she honed her craft as a session and touring vocalist for some of the best of the best, such as Michael Jackson during his Bad world tour. Before that, she had a long list of credits, even doing jingles for major TV commercials, and movie soundtracks record duets with artists like Kenny Loggins. She was a genuine unmanufactured artist long before the success with her first hit song below.

Track 3 of the same record was a tasty song titled Strong Enough that will have legs forever for certain people at certain times of their lives.

A Timeless Take of Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli

Below is a beautiful live recording of artists Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli.

The song below is "Time to Say Goodbye", is a song from the albums, "Timeless" (in Europe) and "Time to Say Goodbye" (in N. America), by English soprano and classical-crossover artist Sarah Brightman and Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli. The song itself is a cover version of the original 1995 recording "Con te partirò" by Andrea Bocelli, released as a single and included on his album, "Bocelli, Romanza". The Brightman-Bocelli release was a huge success throughout Europe, reaching #1 in Germany and several other countries. This live version is from Brightman's first full concert recording, "Sarah Brightman: In Concert", from London's Royal Albert Hall with the London Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Paul Bateman. Guest artists include Andrew Lloyd Webber, Adam Clark and Andrea Bocelli. The concert was released to video in 1998. The concert was directed by David Mallet.
